~No-equipment Fitness: A fun & challenging class that uses a variety of high-intensity techniques to rapidly increase strength, endurance, agility & cardio. No equipment required! Mondays 6pm with Nerine, rsvp weekly.
~Sliders and Bands: a whole-body workout using resistance bands for strength-building and floor sliders for an amazing core burn. Lots of bang for your buck in just 45 minutes! Wednesdays 5:00pm with Nerine, rsvp weekly.
~Early Morning Fitness: A high-intensity, challenging class for those in good physical condition. Combines HIIT, tabata and more for a power-packed 30 minutes designed to build strength, endurance & agility. Mondays & Fridays 6am with Nerine- rsvp weekly. $16 for the week or $10 single class.
~Zumba: It's back! Join Nerine for an amazing workout that feels like a dance party! Amazing world music and zero judgement- no dance training required! Thursdays 7pm, drop in.
