~Sunrise Yoga: An all-levels class that gets you moving & ready for the day! Vinyasa (flow ) yoga to build strength, plus stretching & relaxation. Tuesdays or Thursdays 6-7am. 6-week session $72 + HST. New 6-week session begins Feb 25 and Feb 27.
~Beginners Yoga: Discover the benefits of yoga with this beginner class. Yoga is a powerful tool to balance your mind, release tension, and feel better in your body. You’ll enjoy the benefits of yoga as you work through short flows that break down the elements of vinyasa: sun salutations, seated stretches, core work, balances, and backbends. Thursdays at 5:45pm. ~Prenatal Yoga: A class for women in all stages of pregnancy. Connect with your body & baby, build strength gently, stretch away aches and relax deeply. No yoga experience necessary! Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm with Meredith. 6 weeks for $82 including HST. New 6-week session begins Feb 26.
~Mom & Baby Yoga: Re-gain strength after birth, stretch tired muscles & take time to relax, while connecting with other moms. No yoga experience necessary, but please check with your care provider before beginning. Babies up to crawling age welcome. Mondays or Fridays 10:30-11:30am. 6-week session $72 + HST. New 6-week session begins Feb 24 and Feb 28.
~Bellydancing: An introduction to Bellydancing in a fun, supportive environment! Explore hip movements, isolations and shimmies while learning how to allow your body to move freely. This class will challenge your muscles, build body awareness and ignite your spirit. Tuesday 7:15-8:00pm 4-week session $60 begins February 18th.
~Six weeks to strong: Intimidated by the gym or unsure where to start? Learn the basics of strength training and build a solid understanding of how to exercise safely while challenging yourself. Mondays at 6:15pm with Nerine. 6-week session $72 + HST begins Feb 24.
~Mom & Baby Fitness: Build core strength, increase stamina and reconnect with other moms in a supportive environment. All levels welcome. Wednesdays at 10:30am with Nerine. 6-week session begins Feb 26.
