We are excited to offer Thai Yoga Massage sessions at the studio or in your home. Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art that combines the best of yoga (assisted stretching) and gentle massage. Sessions take place on comfy floor mats and participants are fully clothed. This meditative practice brings deep relaxation, reduces stress and muscle tension, and helps the body heal itself.

Prenatal Thai Yoga Massage- a deeply relaxing & safe way to release tension & soreness in pregnancy. Props are used to support you seated and side-lying and poses are customized to your individual needs.
